Trusted to Deliver on a Large-Scale Commercial Build

We were proud to deliver the full commercial fit-out and restoration of the new Higgins building in Palmerston North. With a building size over 2,000m² and a project timeline of 11 months, this was no small task — but one we were more than ready to take on. We brought together a trusted crew of subcontractors, stuck to the schedule, and delivered a space that looks sharp and functions well.

Full Overhaul, Top to Bottom

The project involved a full overhaul of an old, neglected building that had previously been used for storage. We stripped it right back and brought it up to standard with a full roof replacement, new framing and cladding, and all-new windows throughout.

Restored, Rebuilt, Ready for Business

Inside, the project was a full-scale renovation. We upgraded the bathrooms, locker rooms, kitchen, and cafeteria, and gave the stairwells a complete refresh. A new lift was built and installed, and the office areas were fully fitted out — including modern conference and meeting rooms — to create a functional, professional workspace. The workshop and storage zones were also reworked to improve layout and usability.
